ABOUT THE BOAT
Raffles cruise was built in 2023 in South Sulawesi. It was operated in April 2025. Raffles is modern-classic built, phinisi vessel available for private charter or sharing trips through the incredible waters and scenery of Indonesian archipelago. Designed with an emphasis an space, privacy and comfort, Raffles has 6 generous cabins spread across 2 decks all is ocean view cabins, an intimate and cozy lounge and dining room. There are plenty of lounge areas for everyone to enjoy

NOTE

• Minimum DP 50% for reservation, Repayment maximum on 7 days before trip
• For children 0-2 years old is free
• For children 3-5 years old, we charge IDR 2,500,000/pax
• For children 2 6 years old, we charge full payment
• Minimum 6 pax/person who book in a boat so the boat can go on the trip
• The destinations may change without prior notice based on weather, currents and other restrictions and decisions from the National Park or port authorities.
• We suggest you to arrived one day before sailing at Labuan Bajo to avoid cancel/delay flight You can take a flight after 02.00 pm on the last day.

TIPS FOR YOUR TRIP
Every participant should bring their personal equipment such as :

1. Sandals / shoes for tracking
2. Backpack
3. Emergency cash
4. Personal medicines and sunblock

TERM AND CONDITIONS 

• CENCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
  1. If there is a cencellation by the participant, DP cannot be returned /
     Change date but cat find a replacement person.
      * > 4 MONTHS BEFORE TRIP   :  50%
      * 2-3 MONTHS BEFORE TRIP   :  30%
      * < 1 MONTHS BEFORE TRIP   : NO REFUND
  2. Cencellation ue to force majeure (natural disaster, bad weather, riots,
      disease outbreaks, government regulations, etc) trip can be reschedure and no refund
  3. Participants who arrive late at the meeting points so they interefere with their travel time
      are considered too resign and there will be no refunds
• RESERVATION WILL SECURE AFTER PAY DOWN PAYMENT (DP) MINIMUM 50%
• THE BALANCE MUST BE SETTLED 7 DAYS BEFORE TRIP 
• RESCHEDULE MAXIMUM 30 DAYS BEFORE TRIP
• IF IN EMERGENCY / FORCED / NOT RESOLVED DUE TO NATURAL CONDITIONS,
  RIOTS, AND OTHER BAD WEATHER, THE ITINERARY CAN BE CHANGED FOR
  PASSANGERS SAFETY
