Day 1

• 09:00 – 11:00 Pick-up from hotel/airport

• 11:00 – 12:00 Sail to Kelor Island

• 12:00 – 13:30 Explore Kelor Island

• 13:30 – 14:30 Lunch on board

• 14:30 – 16:00 Explore Menjerite

• 16:00 – 16:30 Sail to Kalong Island

• 16:30 – 19:00 Enjoy the famous Kalong sunset

• 19:00 – 20:00 Dinner on board, followed by free time

Day 2

• 05:00 – 08:00 Trekking and explore Padar Island

• 08:00 – 09:00 Sail to Long Beach (Pink Beach)

• 09:00 – 10:00 Explore Long Beach

• 10:00 – 11:30 Sail to Loh Liang (Komodo Island)

• 11:30 – 13:00 Trekking to see Komodo Dragons

• 13:00 – 15:00 Lunch on board while sailing to Taka Makassar / Manta Point

• 15:00 – 17:00 Snorkeling & explore Taka Makassar / Manta Point

• 17:00 – 19:00 Sail to Sebayur

• 19:00 – 20:00 Dinner on board, then free time

Day 3

• 07:00 – 08:00 Breakfast on board

• 08:00 – 10:00 Explore Sebayur

• 10:00 – 11:00 Sail back to Labuan Bajo

Billing Procedure

• A down payment of 50% of the total amount is required to secure the booking. The schedule will not be reserved until the down payment is received.

• The remaining balance must be settled no later than 3 days before the sailing date.

Check-In & Check-Out Time

• Check-in / onboarding time: 09:30 – 11:00 AM.

• Check-out time: no later than 11:30 AM.

Cancellation Policy

• The down payment is non-refundable.

• In the event of force majeure, the sailing date will be rescheduled based on future availability.

• A no-show or early departure is considered a cancellation after departure, and no refund will be given.

Force Majeure

• Force majeure refers to uncontrollable events (such as war, labor strikes, or extreme weather) beyond the control of all parties, which make it difficult or impossible to operate as scheduled.
